I started in the lawn maintenance industry in 1979. At that time, I had very limited knowledge of how to calculate a fair and profitable price for my services. Pricing at whatever the market would bear and or matching competitors pricing seemed not only a poor method to operate a business, but a sure bet to overlook whatever profit potential existed. Seeking answers to this dilemma proved to be an excercise in futility. Seemingly successful operators were reluctant or unwilling to share information regarding bidding, cost calculations, contracts and other areas of concern. Too many times, the contractors that you may be seeking advice from have no idea themselves "WHY THEY CHARGE WHAT THEY CHARGE." I have a bidding system that is accurate, dependable, easily understandable and PROFITABLE. The frustrations that I experienced personally provided the impetus and the desire to make available a professional training system that would provide guidelines and proven methods to run a successful business. Unfortunatley, many times Contractors Don't Know What They Don't Know. THUS - PROFITS UNLIMITED WAS FOUNDED.
